Maternity capital and subsidies
Fast payments for transactions involving maternity capital, loan agreements (with a mortgage without a down payment) are paid on standard terms.
Fast payments on transactions with subsidies (including public housing certificates and social benefits) are organized upon confirmation of receipt of funds to the developer.
Fast payments do not apply to transactions
- For which the necessary payment documents or registration documents were not provided
- Using a military mortgage and subsidies or housing loans
- With a payment plan, if the developer pays a commission fee in proportion to the payments made
- With a mortgage in tranches, if the developer pays a commission fee in proportion to the tranches
Payment on the 5 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:
- reconciliation form is filled before 12:00
- correct documents are sent before 17:00 in case of request
Payment on the 6 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:
- reconciliation form is filled after 12:00
- correct documents are sent after 17:00 in case of request

We organize Fast payments for deals with the developers:
— when we receive payments documents which meet developer’s conditions: for the whole contract price for deals with 100% payment and standard mortgage; for down payment amount which meet developer’s conditions for deals with tranche mortgage or installments.
— when we receive the documents confirming registration or the documents confirming sending the package to registration in RosReestr.
