Common conditions of advance payment
We pay in advance for deals with the developers listed on this page: 

— when we receive payments documents which meet developer’s conditions: for the whole contract price for deals with 100% payment and standard mortgage; for DP amount which meet developer’s conditions for deals with tranche mortgage or installments.

— when we receive the documents confirming registration or the documents confirming sending the package to registration in RosReestr.
Payment time
We pay on the 3−5 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:

  • the check form is filled before 12:00
  • correct documents are sent before 17:00 in case of request

We pay on the 4−6 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:

  • the check form is filled after 12:00
  • correct documents are sent after 17:00 in case of request
The maximum amount of advance payment is 200 000 rub. The part of commission exceedeing this sum is paid when we receive the payment from the developer.
Advance payment does not apply to transactions
  • For which the necessary payment documents or documents confirming the submission for registration were not provided
  • Using a military mortgage
  • Using a tranche mortgage
  • Using installments plan
  • Parking lots, storerooms, finishing and equipment contracts
  • Land plots
Maternity capital
Transactions involving maternity capital, loan agreements (with a mortgage without a down payment) are paid on standard terms

Transactions with subsidies (including public housing certificates and social benefits) are advanced upon confirmation of receipt of funds to the developer.
