Fast payments are organized for transactions using maternity capital and subsidies
Fast payments for transactions with subsidies are organizied after full payment of the contract price to the developer, including the transfer of subsidy funds
Fast payments do not apply to transactions:
- For contracts with a reward over 300,000 RUB, the remaining amount is paid after the developer transfers the funds.
- Using the Trade-in program.
- Using a military mortgage.
- Parking spaces, storage rooms, finishing and equipment contracts.
- Cases where the required payment or registration documents were not provided.
Important! The reward is calculated based on the contract amount minus the amount under the option/booking agreement.

We pay from 3 to 10 days counting from the following day after the reconciliation form is received.

Common conditions of Fast payments
Fast payments for deals are made after providing documents confirming the registration of the contract with Rosreestr:
— For deals with standard mortgage or 100% payment it is necessary to provide an escrow account statement for the full amount of the contract or documents confirming the registration of the contract with Rosreestr;
— For deals with tranche mortgage or installments plan you may send payment documents displaying the down payment amount which meet developer conditions and documents confirming the registration of the contract, BUT if the developer doesn’t have any restrictions on the percentage of the down payment you may send the documents confirming the registration of the contract in RosReestr only
