Maternity capital and subsidies
Fast payments for transactions involving maternity capital, loan agreements (with a mortgage without a down payment) are paid on standard terms.
Fast payments on transactions with subsidies (including public housing certificates and social benefits) are organized upon confirmation of receipt of funds to the developer; in case of partial confirmation of the amount (commensurate with the amount deposited by the client), a partial payment is made.
Fast payments do not apply to transactions
- For which the necessary payment documents or documents confirming the submission for registration were not provided
- Using a military mortgage
- Using a tranche mortgage
- Parking lots, storerooms, finishing and equipment contracts
- Land plots
- For contracts with a commission exceeding 2,000,000 RUB, the remaining amount above this sum is paid upon receipt of funds from the developer
Payment on the 5 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:
- reconciliation form is filled before 12:00
- correct documents are sent before 17:00 in case of request OR we receive the developer’s confirmation before 17:00
Payment on the 6 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:
- reconciliation form is filled after 12:00
- correct documents are sent after 17:00 in case of request OR we receive the developer’s confirmation after 17:00
Common conditions of Fast payments
We organize Fast payments for deals with the developers:
— when we receive the confirmation from the developer; OR
— when we receive payments documents in the amount of the down payment which meet developer’s conditions from the agency;
OR — when we receive the documents confirming registration or the documents confirming sending the package to registration in RosReestr.
Fast payments are organized for the entire amount of the commission.
Important: when using a subsidized rate with an increase in the price of an apartment, the remuneration is calculated from the price without taking into account subsidies.
