Maternity capital and subsidies

Fast payments on transactions involving maternity capital, loan agreements (with a mortgage without a down payment) are paid on standard terms.

Fast payments on transactions with subsidies (including public housing certificates and social benefits) are organized upon confirmation of receipt of funds to the developer; in case of partial confirmation of the amount (commensurate with the amount deposited by the client), a partial payment is made.

Payment time

Payment on the 3 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:

• reconciliation form is filled before 12:00
• correct documents are sent before 17:00 in case of request OR we receive the developer’s confirmation before 17:00
• Payment on the 4 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:
• econciliation form is filled before 12:00
• correct documents are sent after 17:00 in case of request OR we receive the developer’s confirmation after 17:00

Common conditions of Fast payments

We pay for deals with the developers on provision of payment documents or documents confirming registration of the contract in RosReestr:
— for deals with standard mortgage and 100% payment you may send payment documents for the whole amount of the contract price / for the down payment amount that meets the conditions of the developer or the documents confirming the registration of the contract in RosReestr
— for deals with tranche mortgage or installments plan you may send payment documents displaying the down payment amount which meet developer conditions. BUT if the developer doesn’t have any restrictions on the percentage of the down payment you may send the documents confirming the registration of the contract in RosReestr only.
