Common conditions of advance payment
We pay in advance for deals with the developers listed on this page when we receive the confirmation from the developer or when we receive the document from the agency:
- for deals with standard mortgage or 100% payment you may send escrow account statement with the whole amount of the price on it or the documents confirming the registration of the contract in RosReestr;
- for deals with tranche mortgage or installments plan you may send payment documents displaying the DP amount which meet developer conditions and the documents confirming the registration of the contract in RosReestr.

BUT if the developer doesn't have any restrictions on the percentage of the DP you may send the documents confirming the registration of the contract in RosReestr only.
Payment time
We pay on the 3 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:

  • the check form is filled before 17:00
  • correct documents are sent before 17:00 in case of request OR we receive the developer’s confirmation before 17:00

We pay on the 4 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:

  • the check form is filled after 17:00
  • correct documents are sent after 17:00 in case of request OR we receive the developer’s confirmation after 17:00
Advance payment does not apply to transactions
— For which the necessary payment documents or documents confirming the submission for registration were not provided
— Using a military mortgage
— Parking lots, storerooms, finishing and equipment contracts
Maternity capital
Transactions involving maternity capital, loan agreements (with a mortgage without a down payment) are paid on standard terms

Transactions with subsidies (including public housing certificates and social benefits) are advanced after receipt of funds to the developer, including receipt of subsidies.

- Плательщик (ФИО клиента)
- Получатель (Застройщик) или назначение платежа (Договор между клиентом и Застройщиком)
