Fast payments do not apply to transactions
- For which the necessary payment documents have not been provided or confirmation of full payment under the Shared Construction Participation Agreement from the developer has not been received.

- Using a military mortgage
- Parking lots, storerooms, finishing and equipment contracts
- Land plots
- Transactions using a long-term letter of credit
Payment on the 4 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:
- reconciliation form is filled before 17:00
- correct documents are sent before 17:00 in case of request OR we receive the developer’s confirmation before 17:00
Paymenton the 4 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:
- reconciliation form is filled after 17:00
- correct documents are sent after 17:00 in case of request OR we receive the developer’s confirmation after 17:00

Common conditions of Fast payments
We organize Fast payments for deals with the developers when we receive the confirmation from the developer or when we receive the document from the agency:
— for deals with standard mortgage or 100% payment you may send escrow account statement with the whole amount of the price on it or the documents confirming the registration of the contract in RosReestr;
— for deals with tranche mortgage or installments plan you may send payment documents displaying the down payment amount which meet developer conditions and the documents confirming the registration of the contract in RosReestr.
BUT if the developer doesn’t have any restrictions on the percentage of the down payment you may send the documents confirming the registration of the contract in RosReestr only.
Important: When using a subsidized rate with an increase in the apartment's price, the reward is calculated based on the unsubsidized price.
