This is where system messages with important payment information appear. Access is granted only to the agency’s financial staff and the TrendAgent representative responsible for answering all questions, including those about documents needed for fast payment.
Reward Payment
Information about the amount and payment date comes directly from the accounting department.
Statuses:

1. No status — the amount and date are being clarified.
2. Scheduled — the amount and date have been confirmed.
3. Partially paid — indicates how much has been transferred and how much remains.
4. Paid — the full commission has been transferred; the date and amount are shown.
5. Declined — in case the deal is terminated or the developer refuses to make the payment.

Selecting Payment Details
To receive the reward, you must specify:
- a legal entity
- a bank account
- the VAT rate

A fast payment is a type of reward payment where TrendAgent transfers the money from its own funds without waiting for the developer to pay.
TrendAgent has two types of fast payments: loan and factoring.

On the payments page, you can see the amounts and dates of completed payments, as well as the remaining balance and the planned date of the next payment from the developer.
The contract price is the final cost stated in the agreement between the developer and the buyer. It may include extra charges (bank fees, subsidies, finishing, etc.) that are not included in the reward calculation base.
