Common conditions of advance payment

We pay in advance for deals with the developers listed on this page: 

— when we receive payments documents which meet developer’s conditions: for the whole contract price for deals with 100% payment and standard mortgage; for DP amount which meet developer’s conditions for deals with tranche mortgage or installments.

— when we receive the documents confirming registration or the documents confirming sending the package to registration in RosReestr.

Payment time

We pay on the 3−5 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:

• the check form is filled before 12:00
• correct documents are sent before 17:00 in case of request

We pay on the 4−6 workday from the moment of fulfillment of conditions:

• the check form is filled after 12:00
• correct documents are sent after 17:00 in case of request

You place a reservation on TrendAgent or through a project manager

You send all the necessary documents described in the advance payment terms for the region of the transaction to the chat.

Your Client signs the contract and makes the payment. Initial payment, or the entire cost of the apartment
