How transaction takes place?
Find a suitable apartment for a client using filters on the TrendAgent platform or other sources.
The client is required to make an earnest payment for the deal approval
TrendAgent approves the mortgage, prepares documents for the transaction, agrees on them and the terms of the deal with the seller, buyer, and bank. After the deal agreement, TrendAgent makes an appointment at the bank, depository, and the Department of Economic Development (DED) on a convenient date and time for all participants in the transaction.
Write all your questions to the project manager in the chat (located under the contacts button) and we will answer you within 10 minutes. We will clarify the relevance of the apartment, readiness for the transaction, and other details with the seller's agent, after which we will provide you with feedback on the apartment.
TrendAgent accompanies you on the day of the transaction at the signing of the contract at the developer, at the bank, at the depository.

The earnest payment is made under the service agreement to the company's current account.The service agreement specifies the parameters of the apartment, additional expenses, and time limits for reaching a deal (time limits depends on the situation of the seller and the buyer).An earnest payment can be paid either remotely or at OffieAgent.Together with the service agreement, we provide the client with a copy of the Agreement for Participation in Joint Construction or a copy of the extract from the Dubai Land Department (DLD)
